User Agreement

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the idevtim.com website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, code, and design, is the property of Timothy Murphy or its respective owners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement or applicable law.

User Content

If the Site allows you to submit, post, or share content (such as project details, comments, or messages), you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store such content as necessary to operate and improve the Site.

You are solely responsible for content you submit and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's rights
• Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or objectionable material

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty pounds sterling (£50), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Timothy Murphy from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Timothy Murphy regarding your use of the Site, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
