Proof: one backend, web and native iOS
A hosted uptime and heartbeat monitoring service — one Laravel app serving both an Inertia + React dashboard and a native iOS client from a shared domain layer, so a feature reaches the browser and the iPhone at the same time. Probes HTTP, TCP, DNS, ICMP, SSL certificates, domain registrations and cron heartbeats, and a failure has to repeat on consecutive checks before an incident opens. Alerts climb from a Time Sensitive push to an actual phone call until somebody acknowledges.
